777ff Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "777ff" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" — refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://777ff.pro and all associated mobile and web applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any registered user who holds a verified account on the 777ff platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the 777ff website, mobile browser interface, and any applications provided by the Company for gaming and betting purposes.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on the 777ff Platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money Play" — refers to any wager, stake, bet, or game played using funds deposited into the Player's 777ff Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited by 777ff to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, which includes CNIC submission and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• "PSL" — Pakistan Super League, the primary domestic T20 cricket competition in Pakistan.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all transactions on the 777ff Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 777ff Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or using any live casino feature — you are deemed to have read and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. However, please note that account sharing is separately prohibited under Section 4 of this document.

These Terms apply in conjunction with 777ff's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this binding agreement. In the event of any conflict between this document and any promotional terms, the promotional terms specific to that offer will take precedence for that offer only.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 777ff, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable under any circumstance.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 777ff or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your current address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not already hold an existing active or previously suspended account on the 777ff Platform.

777ff reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with 777ff's Privacy Policy.

CNIC-based age verification is a mandatory step before any withdrawal is processed, regardless of the amount. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is successfully completed.

4 Account Responsibilities

Each Player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 777ff account credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP codes sent to their registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• You must notify 777ff support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified 777ff of unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure above.
• Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account. Duplicate registrations using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods are strictly prohibited.

777ff implements OTP-based login authentication and session security measures to protect your account. However, the Company cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure or your failure to report unauthorised access promptly.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 777ff Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — Deposits credited instantly; withdrawals typically within 15–30 minutes.
• EasyPaisa — Deposits credited instantly; withdrawals typically within 15–30 minutes.
• HBL Bank Transfer — Typically cleared within 5–10 minutes during business hours.
• UBL Bank Transfer — Typically cleared within 5–10 minutes during business hours.
• Meezan Bank Transfer — Typically cleared within 5–10 minutes during business hours.
• USDT (Tether) — Available for players who prefer crypto settlement; converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at time of transaction.

The minimum deposit is PKR 100. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though 777ff reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits and to request supporting documentation. There are no platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require completion of CNIC-based identity verification before funds are released. 777ff processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated per payment method above. Delays beyond these windows should be reported to support.

Funds in your 777ff account may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account, or to an account registered in your verified legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777ff offers promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, and other incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless individual promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your 777ff wallet. Real money funds are used first for bets unless the player specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, per household, and per device. Claiming the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or by using another person's identity constitutes fraud.
• 777ff reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, and to void any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
• Certain game types — including, but not limited to, specific live dealer tables or progressive jackpots — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. This will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all bets placed on the 777ff Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are available within the sportsbook interface under each individual market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777ff does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where stated in the specific sport or market rules.
• Bets placed on an outcome that has already been determined at the time of placement — whether due to a system error, odds feed delay, or any other technical issue — will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a match, game, or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 777ff's standard settlement rules for that sport will apply. Stakes may be returned or bets settled as void depending on the specific rules for that market type.
• Obvious pricing errors (commonly referred to as "palpable errors") will be voided. 777ff reserves the right to correct any odds that were clearly published in error, even after a bet has been placed and settled, within a reasonable review period.
• PSL betting markets follow the official PSL scorecard and match results. The result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is the authoritative source for settlement purposes.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. 777ff does not interfere with, manipulate, or adjust any casino game outcomes.

Maximum payout limits may apply on specific markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface prior to bet placement. 777ff will not pay out amounts in excess of the stated maximum payout, regardless of the theoretical winnings generated by the bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ff Platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-fixing or inside information — placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of any sporting event.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting differences in odds between 777ff and other platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform rather than genuine sports wagering.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or employing any other technique to claim the same bonus more than once or to circumvent bonus restrictions.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Fraud and money laundering — using the Platform to conduct any form of financial fraud, to launder funds, or to conduct transactions that are inconsistent with genuine gaming activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment chargeback after a deposit has been successfully credited to your 777ff account. All chargeback attempts will be investigated and may result in permanent account closure and legal action.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's identity, CNIC, or payment method details.

9 Responsible Gaming

777ff is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content.
• Use the 777ff name, logo, or brand in any context without prior written consent from the Company.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of 777ff's intellectual property will result in account suspension and may result in legal proceedings.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ff's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 777ff account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777ff shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond 777ff's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms that contain typographical errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777ff's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

777ff collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Collection of identity documents (CNIC) for KYC and age verification purposes.
• Recording of all transaction history for regulatory compliance and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Logging of all bet placements and casino game outcomes for dispute resolution purposes.
• Use of cookies and session data to maintain platform performance and personalise the player experience.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777ff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ff holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 777ff's internal disputes procedure as follows:

1. The Player submits a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute.
2. 777ff will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 calendar days.
3. If the Player is not satisfied with 777ff's decision, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body designated by 777ff's licensing authority.

Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from a dispute with 777ff shall be brought in the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
